Updating My Protocol: Targeting ApoB < 60
After reviewing my latest blood work from June with my doctor, I’ve decided to take the next step toward better cardiovascular optimization.
My new goal is to lower ApoB below 60 using a stepwise approach. I’m already taking rosuvastatin daily, and we’re now adding ezetimibe. We’ll re-evaluate the results in three months. If needed, the next escalation would be a PCSK9 inhibitor.
Because I’m intensifying my lipid-lowering therapy, I want to support my body proactively. That’s why I’m starting Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) daily, a smart move when using statins long-term.
I’ve updated my full protocol with the new June blood results and these latest changes. If you’re following my longevity journey, I’d appreciate you checking it out.
Quick request to the community:
- Do you have a trusted CoQ10 recommendation (ubiquinol or ubiquinone, preferred dosage, brand, etc.)? Please share in the comments.
- Feel free to check out the updated protocol and let me know your thoughts.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Consistency, data, and smart adjustments are how we play the long game in longevity.
